That's what I think when I look back at my blog posts. Wow, I can be one pretentious, self-assertive and insecure little bitch sometimes, huh? (That's what I'm great at, honestly saying.) Thing is, there is just not enough visual in this blog. I have no Photoshop / HTML coding skills / whatever candelabra there is out there, so that option is definitely getting an ix-nay treatment. HOWEVER! What I can doooo issss, post a lot more pictures! And since I am just so sick of feeling sorry for myself and my current #firstworldproblems, I will make a post of the random things I like in life - yes, that means all the petty and unimportant things. Just warning, I may or may not overdose on using gifs because those are the shiz. Alright, let's roll~~

 In no particular order, I like...

Waking up early (hear me out for a second...) only to turn off the alarm, then just spend an extra hour laying in bed and catch up on my social media (and no, ffs, nobody looks like that when they wake up.)

 

The smell of grass after the rain. Pretty basic, and I'm sure everyone loves it. But seriously, doesn't it make you feel like running in a vast English countryside, looking for your dapper British gentleman? (er...)

 

Immature sense of humor. I laugh over the stupidest things, and The Lonely Island encourages that even further with their dumb music videos. Also watch YOLO feat. Adam Levine and Kendrick Lamar, and Jizz In My Pants, which is forever my favorite.

Being treated like a lady because I'm a sucker for all gentlemanly / masculine / old school things men do. Not that I want them to open the door for me all the time, but sometimes it's nice that they do seemingly nonchalant things such as walking on the side of the road when you're crossing it to "protect" you.

 

(But also love) being treated like one of the boys. A bit of rough and tumble, inappropriate jokes, and no-fuss and no-drama attitude - perfect friendship, I'll say.

 

Jennifer Lawrence. Girl crush on her knows no bounds. I thought she handled her fall very graciously, by being self-deprecating and admitting how embarrassing it was.

KStew's awkwardness. While I'm not exactly fangirling over her, but her whole pose here in this gif? IS ME. I'm so awkward sometimes that I don't know how to act, and if I were famous (lol k) I'd act EXACTLY like her. Sup, haters and bitches, don't you ask me to smile for you.

Harry Potter. It's my life. I grew up with this series, excitedly anticipating each book's launching. Year after year, just waiting. You don't understand. Even though my love for books started as early as I was 5 years old, these books solidified it for me.

Kingdoms and crowns. I'm talking about the fairy tale kinda castle, not the Game of Thrones-esque ones. Victorian era, Marie-Antoinette, you name it. (Bonus if they have internet connection!)

Awesome wallpapers to decorate my wall with. When I get my own place, I'll go full on shazam on the decorating (after a lot of 'convincing' my husband-to-be, of course). 

 

That kickass library from Beauty and the Beast. I could spend days just holed up in here (literally, cos have you seen how huge that place is?!)

 Fashion. Duh. I don't necessarily keep up with the latest trends, nor do I consider myself to be fashion-savvy. I just wear what I like. I can do biker chick one day and totally girly the next. BASICALLY I JUST LIKE TO LOOK PRETTYYYY.

Food. I just. I can't. Food makes me cry, because whoever knows me knows that you don't mess with mah food. Aside from the eating activity itself, I am interested with all things culinary, because it fascinates me how you could blend all these ingredients and get such a mouthwatering and succulent dish. Brb, Imma go drool some more now (and do actual eating).
